  For any PS5 repairs in Myrtle Beach, I strongly recommend this place. They offer competitive pricing and completed the job quickly. I initially visited because I broke my lan port cable, and they not only fixed it but also cleaned my PS4 and replaced my HDMI at no extra charge. Everything looks incredibly clean, and I'm thrilled to go home and play.

  I went to Best Buy to have my Mac repaired, and they couldn't do it, but they suggested Pixel Fixer. I had never heard of them but I decided to take a shot and head to their location on Broadway. I am so happy I did. Although they didn't have my battery in stock it was ordered and repaired by the next afternoon. The cost was fair and the people who work there were friendly and knowledgeable! I highly recommend Pixel Fixer!

  My mother got a new phone but the store couldn’t change over all her info so they sent us to this place. Boy are they fabulous. Jay took care of us and even though it took 2 days to get everything right, Jay was able to take care of everything. We had such a great experience and would highly recommend this place and Jay. We’ll be going here from now on should we have any problems. Thanks Jay.

  While on vacation, my phone crashed after water damage. Jay has reasonably priced refurbished phones available for the crisis mode we all feel without our phones. He provided excellent, friendly customer service, with a dose of kindness. His communication skills with my provider had my replacement phone running quickly. I 100% recommend Pixel Fixer. Joanne S

  Trouble with your electronics? This repair shop is where you need to go. My phone just died one day and would not come back on. I took it to them. They gave me a loaner phone and a charger to use while they were trying to diagnose the problem. It wasn't either of the first 2 fixes they tried. They had to order another part and that wasn't the issue either. They were finally able to get all my data off the phone. During the whole experience they kept me informed of what was going on. I ended up purchasing a used phone from them. They transferred everything to it and even set up the phone in my car. The price was more than reasonable and I can't say enough about the level of customer service. I was in the shop multiple times and watched the interaction between Jay and the customers that came in. He is so knowledgeable and it is evident that he genuinely wants to help people. I highly recommend this business.
