  While on vacation, my phone crashed after water damage. Jay has reasonably priced refurbished phones available for the crisis mode we all feel without our phones. He provided excellent, friendly customer service, with a dose of kindness. His communication skills with my provider had my replacement phone running quickly. I 100% recommend Pixel Fixer. Joanne S

  Trouble with your electronics? This repair shop is where you need to go. My phone just died one day and would not come back on. I took it to them. They gave me a loaner phone and a charger to use while they were trying to diagnose the problem. It wasn't either of the first 2 fixes they tried. They had to order another part and that wasn't the issue either. They were finally able to get all my data off the phone. During the whole experience they kept me informed of what was going on. I ended up purchasing a used phone from them. They transferred everything to it and even set up the phone in my car. The price was more than reasonable and I can't say enough about the level of customer service. I was in the shop multiple times and watched the interaction between Jay and the customers that came in. He is so knowledgeable and it is evident that he genuinely wants to help people. I highly recommend this business.

  By far the best customer service I have ever received at a repair shop. These guys are truly outstanding. I had a niche camera which was not purchased from their store. They spent an hour trying to open up the camera and came back to tell me that it is likely glued together and would be hard to open (though not impossible). The guys did not even want to charge me for their work. If I ever have issues with my phone or laptop, I will 100% go to these guys. I highly recommend them!

  Pixel Fixer was recommended by a consumer electronics retailer in Myrtle Beach on a previous visit to SC. Took my 2017 MacBook Pro to get a new battery. Good experience with assessment and qualifying my needs. Price was reasonable and they were able to complete same day although I collected next morning. I rate these guys so highly I will freight future repairs to them from New Zealand. Yes that’s right. From the other hemisphere.
